🍳 Preparation:

1. In a large pot, heat some olive oil and butter. Sauté the chopped onion until golden.

2. Add the carrots, celery, and garlic. Continue sautéing on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

3. Add the chopped chicken breast and stir for a few minutes to let it absorb the flavors.

4. Pour in the water (or broth), add the bay leaf and your chosen spices (salt, pepper, thyme…).

5. Let it simmer on medium-low heat for around 25 minutes.

6. Add the noodles and let them cook for 10–12 minutes until tender.

7. Adjust seasoning if needed, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

 

💡 Tips:

You can add a bit more butter for a richer, creamier taste.

You can freeze any leftovers for later use.
