🥗 Vegetable Gratin

Way to Cook:

Preheat oven: 180°C (350°F).

Prepare vegetables: Steam or lightly boil vegetables until slightly tender.

Prepare baking dish: Grease with butter and rub with garlic.

Layer vegetables: Arrange in the dish, season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.

Add cream & cheese: Pour cream over vegetables and sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake: Cover with foil, bake 25–30 min. Remove foil and bake another 10 min until golden.

Serve: Hot as a side dish or light main course.

🔥 Tips:

Add mushrooms, bell peppers, or spinach for more variety.

Top with breadcrumbs mixed with butter for a crunchy topping.
