Prepare and cut all fruits into even pieces.
Place a layer of sponge cake (if using) at the bottom of a glass bowl.
Add a layer of mixed fruits (strawberries, kiwi, pineapple).
Spoon a layer of vanilla cream or custard over the fruits.
Drizzle strawberry jelly or fruit glaze gently.
Repeat the layers until the bowl is full.
Finish with fruits on top and a light sprinkle of powdered sugar.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
