Way to Cook:
1. Make the Crusectionst
Mix crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into a lined springform pan. Chill 15 mins.
2. Prepare Filling
Beat cream cheese + sugar until fluffy. Add mashed banana, vanilla & sour cream. Mix until smooth.
3. Incorporate Eggs
Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until blended. Don’t overmix.
4. Bake
Pour filling over crust. Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 45–50 mins—center should be slightly jiggly.
5. Cool & Set
Let cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight recommended!).
6. Garnish & Serve
Add whipped cream, banana slices, or a caramel drizzle. Slice and enjoy!
